Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email you provided at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances and may arrive early or later.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship to various international destinations. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. The Haven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an immediate resolution
